Dynasty Collision is Top Tier service. Recently got into a fender bender. This was the first place we called and that’s all we needed. Their team made the entire collision repair process simple by working directly with my insurance company and keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of the auto body repair and paint matching was exceptional—my vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They also helped me with my insurance deductible, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I originally found Dynasty on a Google search. I called them and they did a couple of different things that really made my life easier . They arranged everything with the insurance companies by the time I arrived . They arranged for me to get a rental car with Enterprise who arrived shortly after I did to pick me up. They kept me updated on my cars progress every step of the way and took the time to find out exactly what my car needed . I was rear-ended and initially thought it was just a minor collision . It turns out my car was legitimately totalled . The other person I spoke to essentially led me to believe it was a minor repair that needed a little bondo. However, Dynasty was very thorough , very polite , informative and professional. The environment was calm, cool and non threatening. For me , going to a body shop was like taking my child to the hospital , I loved my car and was hoping to keep it . Keeping my car would have made me unsafe on the road, without the repairs Dynasty prescribed . You might find numerous shops that will quote you a price that will tickle your ears. If you want it done correctly you would be astute to at least get a quote from Dynasty .
